On October 21, 2011, Community Trust Bank, joined by members of the City of Ridgeland Chamber of Commerce and the Madison County Chamber of Commerce, will break ground for its much anticipated Highland Colony Financial Center.
Featuring state-of-the-art technology, the two-story Financial Center will include multiple full service drive-thru lanes, and new “dialogue towers” in the lobby, serving as a customer centric retail delivery platform. This means that customers will be greeted when they enter the branch by either someone at the greeter station or one of the personal bankers not tending to a customer. The customer will then be escorted to a dialogue tower instead of the traditional teller counter, and work with a personal banker while conducting their business, allowing for individualized, one-on-one service.
The build at 1063 Highland Colony Parkway, is expected to take approximately 10 months.
“We are looking forward to bringing our new retail delivery platform to the area,” said Larry Ratzlaff, Mississippi Regional President of Community Trust Bank. “The platform is unique and intended to provide each customer with a personal banking experience, fully aided by our cross-trained bankers who can guide them through any transaction. Our goal at Community Trust Bank has always been to make every customer feel like the only customer every time. We feel this new Financial Center at Highland Colony will further this goal.”
Community Trust Bank welcomes the public to the groundbreaking event, October 21, 10:30 a.m., at 1063 Highland Colony Parkway.
