Community Trust Bank is relocating its Plano location to a new Financial Center in Frisco, Texas. The new full-service Financial Center will open August 1, 2011.
Featuring state-of-the-art technology, the Financial Center includes multiple full service drive-through lanes externally, and new “dialogue towers” in the lobby serving as a customer centric retail delivery platform. This means that customers will be greeted when they enter the branch by either someone at the greeter station or one of the personal bankers not tending to a customer. The customer will then be escorted to a dialogue tower instead of the traditional teller counter, and work with a personal banker while conducting their business, allowing for individualized, one-on-one service.
“Our new retail delivery platform is unique to the area and meant to provide each customer with a personal banking experience, fully aided by our bankers who can guide them through any transaction,” said Van Pardue, President of Community Trust Bank. “Gone are the days of standing in a cold, non-customer focused line while others can hear or see your private business. Each personal banker will also be cross-trained and capable of handling the needs of every customer, ensuring that a customer isn’t passed around to various representatives at the bank. Our goal is to make each customer feel at home and comfortable with us, and confident that their needs were fully understood and met when they leave.”
The bank’s Plano Financial Center at West Park Boulevard will be closing on September 2, 2011, for the new banking center, which is approximately seven miles away. Staff from the Plano location will be transferred to the new Frisco Financial Center on Highway 121.
