Community Trust Bank Opens 30th Banking Center at Camp Bowie Boulevard
FORT WORTH, TX - Community Trust Bank officially opened its 30th banking center in Fort Worth, Texas, on March 5, 2012. The new Camp Bowie Banking Center is located at 5800 Camp Bowie Boulevard, Suite 100, Fort Worth, TX.
The Banking Center is the first of several planned facilities to open in Texas during the Bank’s 100th year anniversary. Featuring state-of-the-art technology, the new Camp Bowie Banking Center includes multiple full service drive-thru lanes, and new “dialogue towers” in the lobby, serving as a customer-centric retail delivery platform. This means that customers will be greeted when they enter the lobby by either someone at the greeter station or one of the personal bankers not tending to a customer. The customer will then be escorted to a dialogue tower instead of the traditional teller counter, and work with a personal banker to conduct their business, allowing individualized, one-on-one service as well as a more private experience.
“We are pleased to introduce our new retail delivery platform to Tarrant County at our new Camp Bowie location. It is unique to the area and is meant to provide each customer with a true personal banking experience,” said Grant James, Regional President, Tarrant County, Community Trust Bank. “The Camp Bowie Banking Center is just the latest example of our growth in north Texas.”
Community Trust Bank began its expansion into north Texas in 2008. With the new Camp Bowie Banking Center, the Bank now operates five locations throughout Tarrant County and the Dallas Metroplex.
