Community Trust Bank Expands Banking Center Presence Across Fort Worth

FORT WORTH, TX (September 30, 2014)– Community Trust Bank is announcing the development of a new Fort Worth banking center location in The Tower, a luxury high-rise residential building, located at 5th and Throckmorton St. in downtown Fort Worth. The bank is expanding its retail location presence, adding its third center in the Fort Worth area. In addition to the upcoming Fort Worth Financial Center location space, previously occupied by Texas Capital Bank, Community Trust Bank will continue to do business in its current 7th Street Banking Center location at 3000 W. 7th St., Suite 120, as well as its location at 5800 Camp Bowie Blvd., Suite 100.

The new Fort Worth Financial Center is projected to open before the year’s end. The bank’s Fort Worth Regional President, Grant James, will oversee all three sites and states the new center will encompass 3,500 square feet in the lobby dedicated to retail banking, with an additional 5,000 square feet on the third floor dedicated to commercial banking and executive office space.

“We are excited about this strategic expansion as Community Trust Bank continues to grow in the state of Texas and throughout our other markets in Louisiana and Mississippi,” James said. “We look forward to expanding our business to a third site in The Tower, and we’re proud to continue providing great service at both our current locations. We anticipate even more growth and success and will continue to interview developers who share our vision of building a multi-story, multi-tenant office building on our downtown site at 7th and Summit.”

The bank is continuing its 90-day construction period for the upcoming Fort Worth Financial Center, which started in early September. In addition to the consistent growth in the Fort Worth and Tarrant County market, Community Trust Bank has continued to expand in North Texas with two offices in Dallas and other locations in Allen, Frisco, Plano and Las Colinas. The bank also recently announced the opening of its third location in the Houston market. For more information on Community Trust Bank, visit www.ctbonline.com.
